Natural Harmony is an extremely interesting mostly vegetarian place located on Gain Nishi Dori just outside of Harajuku. The food here is excellent, if a bit difficult to describe. It's sort of a cross between a super chic California restaurant and a farm wholesale house. They have many different types of selections, from pumpkin soup (highly recommended) to Natto omelets with big whole beans. The vegetarian pizza is also quite good, but served hot enough to provide grounds for a lawsuit in the States. For seafood lovers, there is a tuna steak which is basically a huge fish served whole with some sun-dried tomatoes.

This place is good, and I recommend you try it at least once. The atmosphere is good, with lots of wood and that natural sort of harmony (I guess that has something to do with the name. . .)

Natural Harmony is a trendy place, great for a date, but they can get a bit busy in the evening. Try to get there before 7:30 or so, especially on the weekends. The location makes it a bit inconvenient by train, so a taxi is probably your best bet. It's right on Gaien Nishi Dori and easy to find.
